As part of a broader digitization strategy, VolkerWessels Telecom (VWT) has developed a workflow application in collaboration with FlowFabric. Across the various business lines, the process from intake to delivery and administration is now uniform and automated. To convert the data that is now structurally recorded in the application into management information for the organization, VWT has opted for FlowFabric Insights. This gives VWT standardized reports and fully integrated dashboards that help serve the customer even better.
